AEE publishes

The Spanish Wind Energy Association has published since it began its activity several reports and studies that analyse the data, statistics and perspectives of the wind sector. On this section, you should be able to find all of AEE´s publications.

	Wind Power Observatory 2010. (March 2010) The Wind Power Observatory 2010 brochure elaborated by the Spanish Wind Energy Association shows the relevant information regarding the strong and constant growth of wind power in Spain. 	Wind Power 09. All the data, analysis and statistics of the wind sector (July 2009) This new edition of Wind Power 08, yearbook of reference for the sector, has as well as a complete report on wind power in Spain and abroad, an analysis of the situation of the Spanish wind energy industry as a world referent - due to the world’s leadership of the Spanish companies and the grid integration- and some chapters dedicated to the economic, technological and developing aspects, as well as future wind energy perspectives.  Download Yearbook
	Wind Power Observatory 2009 (March 2009) Report containing the information regarding the firm and constant growth of Wind Energy in Spain. The Spanish installed capacity has reached 16,740 MW with 1,609 new MW in 2008.  Download Wind Power Observatory
	Macroeconomic study on the impact of Wind Energy in Spain (December 2008) This study analyses both the socio-economic impact that wind Energy has recently had on our country, and a forecast of its future evolution taking into account the economic data supplied by more than 95 % of the sector companies and statistics from different organisms and entities. 	Wind Power 07. All the data, analysis and statistics of the wind sector (May 2007) In 2007´s yearbook, there is a deep analysis of the great normative changes in the energy sector, that began in 2006 and finalised for the wind sector with the approval o the RD 661/2007. 	Study on the wind power sector’s costs. Carried out by Intermoney for AEE (2006) Due to the revision of the regulatory framework in 2006, AEE asked for an study to be carried out to estimate the investment costs on the future evolution and the exploitation of wind farms and to analyse the retribution and future profitability of the investments in wind farms.  Complete version (Only in Spanish)  Reduced version (Only in Spanish)
	Prediction Exercise (September 2006) Due to the great development of wind energy in our country and in the rest of the world, the behaviour of wind farms should change, it must be able to predict with great accuracy the energy that will be poured on to the grid. That is why the Exercise of prediction, financed by the Ministry of Education´s PROFIT programme, was released at the end of 2004 to analyse the art of wind energy prediction and to get to know its scope, limitations, and influence factors. It counted with the collaboration of nine prediction companies from all the existent technologies and seven producing companies with significant wind farms in our country.  Download document (Only in Spanish)
	Wind Power 06.
