The Spanish Wind Energy sector situation, at the centre of AEE´s Technical Conference
Madrid, October 4-7
The Spanish Wind Energy Association will hold in October its Technical Conferences with the goal of analyzing the industry’s situation. The conferences will tackle nine subjects ranging from regulation to networking, operation and maintenance issues or environmental subjects, and will conclude with a seminar about the European project Wind Barriers. The event will be held in Madrid, as this year the Wind PowerExpo exhibition will not take place in Zaragoza, as it usually does. Last year, this event was followed by more than three hundred professionals.
The conferences, considered the most important appointment for the wind energy sector in the Autumn season, will be held from the 4th to the 7th of October; three days of sessions that will be celebrated in parallel, with the exception of the opening one. The fourth day will be completely dedicated to the project Wind Barriers. The nine sessions’ topics match up the working groups of the AEE, that will have the opportunity to discuss the more relevant issues concerning wind energy today.
The industry’s professionals may choose to join one or more sessions, depending on their interest or expertise.
These are the topics to be discussed:
- Regulation
- Supply Chain
- Network integration
- Operation and maintenance
- Availability of wind farms
- Transportation & Logistics
- Employment and training
- Environment
- New materials and process automation
